01Scope and Applicability
Ignite X Group LLC operates a venture studio and a portfolio of digital products. This Policy applies to personal information we collect when you:
- use websites we own or operate that link to this Policy (the "Sites"), including our funnels and landing pages;
- use software applications, games, or mobile apps we make available that link to this Policy (the "Apps");
- communicate with us by email, form, chat, or other channels; or
- engage with us as a client, partner, vendor, or prospective collaborator.
Some products we build or operate are offered under their own brand or on behalf of a partner. Where a product or site publishes its own privacy policy, that policy governs that product and may supplement this Policy. Where a product's practices differ materially (for example, products that handle health or wellness information), its own policy sets out those specifics.
02Information We Collect
The categories below describe what we may collect. In practice we collect only what is necessary for your specific interaction — not every category applies to every Site, App, or feature. Some features store data only on your device and never transmit it to us.
2.1 Information you provide to us
- Contact and enquiry details — name, email address, phone number, company, and the contents of your message when you fill in a form or contact us.
- Account and profile information — where a Service offers an account, we may collect a username, display name, profile details, and preferences.
- Support communications — information you send when you request help, including attachments, screenshots, or diagnostic details you choose to share.
- Promotional entries — information you provide when you enter a survey, contest, sweepstake, or similar promotion.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Identifiers — IP address, and where applicable device or advertising identifiers (such as IDFA or Android Advertising ID) and in-app user IDs.
- Device and system information — operating system and version, device model, language, region, time zone, browser type, and screen characteristics.
- Approximate location — country, region, or city derived from your IP address or device settings. We do not collect precise GPS location.
- Usage and interaction data — pages or screens viewed, session duration, timestamps, clickstream data, features used, and in-game or in-app progress and events where applicable.
- Diagnostic data — crash logs, performance telemetry, and error reports.
2.3 Information from third parties
- Sign-in providers — if you sign in through a third-party platform (such as Apple, Google, or Meta), we may receive an identifier, display name, profile picture, and language preference, subject to your settings.
- Purchase and subscription information — if you purchase a product or subscription, we and our processors may receive a purchase identifier, order or receipt identifier, product/SKU, purchase time, subscription status, and transaction amount from the Apple App Store, Google Play, or a payment processor. We do not receive your full card or banking details — those are handled by the payment provider.
- Partners and providers — information from analytics, advertising, marketing, and support partners, where permitted by law and your settings.
03How We Collect Information
- Directly from you — when you complete a form, email us, create an account, or otherwise interact with a Service.
- Automatically — through cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies as you use our Sites and Apps.
- From third parties — from providers, platforms, and partners as described above.
04Why We Use Your Information
- Provide and operate the Services — deliver the features you request, maintain accounts, save progress, and process transactions.
- Respond and support — answer enquiries, fulfil requests, and resolve issues.
- Improve and develop — understand how Services are used, diagnose problems, and build better products.
- Communicate — send service-related notices such as policy updates, security alerts, and confirmations. These are not marketing, and you may not be able to opt out without missing important account information.
- Personalize — tailor content and experiences based on your use, where permitted.
- Marketing and advertising — where permitted by law and, where required, with your consent, to send you updates and to measure and deliver advertising.
- Safety and integrity — detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our terms.
- Legal and business — comply with legal obligations, enforce our agreements, and support business operations and transactions.
05Legal Bases for Processing
Where required by law (including in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland), we rely on the following legal bases:
- Performance of a contract — to provide the Services you request.
- Legitimate interests — to operate, secure, and improve our Services, and to understand how they are used, balanced against your rights.
- Consent — where we ask for it, such as for certain marketing, non-essential cookies, or targeted advertising. You may withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
- Legal obligation — to comply with applicable law.
08Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights:
- Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction — request that inaccurate information be corrected.
- Deletion — request that we delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
- Portability — receive certain information in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
- Restriction — request that we limit certain processing.
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Withdraw consent — where processing relies on consent.
- Opt out of targeted advertising / sale / sharing — where applicable law provides it.
- Non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
To exercise any right, email support@ignitexgroup.com with the subject "Privacy Request" and tell us what you'd like to do. We may need to verify your identity before acting, using information proportionate to your request. Please do not send passwords, authentication codes, or full payment details. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law and explain any exception or refusal and how to appeal where applicable.
09Security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including access controls, encryption in transit where appropriate, and authenticated requests. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please protect your account credentials and notify us of any suspected compromise.
10International Transfers
Ignite X Group LLC is based in the United States. Our providers may process and store information in the United States and other countries where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. Where we transfer personal information internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy determinations, or other lawful transfer mechanisms. Contact us for more information about the safeguards relevant to your data.
11Retention
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. Retention varies by type of information and purpose — for example, enquiry records are kept while your request is active and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping, while certain financial or compliance records must be kept longer to meet legal requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.
12Children
Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age at which a child can consent to data processing in their jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below that age. Some of our family-friendly products are intended for teens aged 13 and older and adults. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us in violation of this Policy, please contact us and we will investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion where required.
13Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Where changes are material, we will provide additional notice or seek consent where required by law. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
14Notice to U.S. Residents (incl. California)
This section supplements the rest of the Policy for residents of the United States, including California.

Your California rights
Subject to applicable law, California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, used, and disclosed; to request deletion; to request correction; to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising; to limit the use and disclosure of "sensitive personal information"; and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
To exercise your rights, follow the process in Section 08. You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law; we may require proof of authorization. We will verify your request using information you provide.
15Notice to EEA, UK & Swiss Individuals
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the rights described in Section 08, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority — for example, the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), or your national authority in the EEA. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve your concern.
Where we transfer personal data outside these regions, we rely on appropriate safeguards as described in Section 10. We will only use your personal data for direct marketing, or share it for targeted advertising, with your prior consent where required, and you may withdraw that consent at any time.
