Pupdoku Privacy Choices
Product-specific policy · Published by Ignite X Group LLC
You can play casual puzzles without creating an account or making a purchase. Advertising is disabled in this release. Use the controls below to manage optional cloud saving, local history and privacy requests.
Choose what stays on your device
Do not sign in to Save across devices if you do not want casual progress uploaded to an email-account backup. Signing out stops syncing but does not delete an existing backup; use the account-deletion control for that. Online challenges use a separate guest identity and send the information needed for that feature. Purchase and paywall services may still communicate when the app opens.
Journey history is off by default and remains device-only when enabled. Open Settings → Privacy and history → Journey history · optional to inspect it or disable and delete it. Disabling stops recording even if deletion needs a retry. The history is limited to 300 observations across 30 UTC dates and is pruned during use, not by a guaranteed background timer. This control does not disable RevenueCat, Superwall or online challenge counters.
Settings → Privacy and history → Local attempt history clears ended-attempt details without resetting active puzzles, results, balances or every recovery copy. Settings → Connection & loading log lets you inspect, clear or copy recent device-local diagnostics. Copying a log does not automatically send it to support.
Delete the right account
Email account and cloud backup: Settings → Save across devices → Delete email account and cloud backup. Online guest profile: Challenges → Daily challenge → Delete my online guest profile. The two identities are separate; deleting one does not delete the other. Successful server deletion removes the associated active account records. Follow any failure or cleanup notice before assuming the action is complete.
Deletion is not a complete device wipe and does not remove already shared copies or automatically erase purchase-provider records and infrastructure backups. Local casual progress is preserved. Contact support if an in-app control is unavailable or you want help with other retained information. To cancel Plus, separately use iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
Request access, correction or deletion
Email support@ignitexgroup.com with the subject Privacy request. Tell us the relevant account or feature and whether you are requesting access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or an applicable sale, sharing or targeted-advertising opt-out. Do not send sign-in codes, passwords or payment-card details. We may need proportionate information to verify your authority.
We handle requests within the time limits and exceptions required by applicable law. Where an appeal right applies, reply through the same support address and ask for a review. You may also complain to your local privacy regulator. See the Privacy Policy for information categories, providers, retention and regional rights. There is no advertising consent form to complete in this ads-off release.
