Pupdoku Support
Product-specific policy · Published by Ignite X Group LLC
Need help with a puzzle, subscription, hint treats or your saved progress? Contact support@ignitexgroup.com. The guidance below covers the current Pupdoku app; you do not need a subscription to request help.
Contact support
Email support@ignitexgroup.com with a short description of the issue. Include your device model, iOS version, Pupdoku version, the relevant puzzle or feature, and what happened. A screenshot or selected lines from the Connection & loading log can help, but sharing them is optional. Remove unrelated personal information first. Never send your password, sign-in code or full payment-card details.
To open Pupdoku Settings, choose the Progress tab and tap the settings gear. Connection & loading log is under Diagnostics. Keep the app and its data installed while a save or purchase issue is being investigated; reinstalling can remove device-local progress and treat balances.
Puzzle rules, Daily puzzles and hints
Pupdoku mode needs one Doki tile in every row, column and colored region, with no tiles touching, even diagonally. Classic uses each number once in every row, column and box. Open How to play from the game or Settings to revisit the rules. In Classic, Note lets you record pencil candidates; Undo reverses a move.
The Daily brain break in Play → Pupdoku is casual play. The separate Daily challenge in Challenges is ranked, uses a UTC day and keeps the clock running through interruptions. Only eligible first attempts are ranked. Friend challenges can also specify a no-hints rule.
Casual attempts include one explained hint free, or three total with active Pupdoku+. Revealing a hint uses it even if you do not apply the move, and Undo does not refund it. Restart resets the included allowance, not your spent treats. Extra treats can supply more hints where hints are allowed. Ranked and no-hints challenges remain hint-free.
Plus missing after a purchase
Make sure your device is using the Apple Account that made the purchase and has an internet connection. Open Pupdoku Settings → Restore purchases. If the app says your purchase was received but access is not confirmed, use Check Plus access when available. Do not subscribe again to fix delayed access.
If Apple shows a pending approval, wait for the approval result rather than starting another purchase. If access still does not appear after verification, email support with the product, approximate purchase time and Apple's order reference if available. Do not include payment-card details. Your Apple subscription status can be checked separately in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
Missing hint treats
Open Pupdoku Settings → Get hint treats → Check hint purchases. If an earned reward is waiting for a local save, use Retry saving earned hints where offered and keep the app open while it retries. Do not purchase another pack to replace pending credit.
Treat packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. The balance is device-local and excluded from email cloud saves. Restore purchases cannot promise to re-credit consumed treats or reconstruct a balance on a new device. If recovery does not resolve the issue, contact support before deleting the app.
Cancel a subscription or request a refund
To manage or cancel Plus, open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Pupdoku. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal or the end of an eligible trial to avoid the next charge. Apple shows the applicable expiration date. Deleting the app or a Pupdoku account does not cancel the subscription. The annual three-day trial is available only when the exact offer and your eligibility are confirmed; the monthly plan has no trial.
For an App Store refund request, use Apple's Report a Problem link and sign in directly with Apple. Apple handles the request under its process and applicable law. Support can help investigate app access or delivery problems but cannot cancel your Apple subscription for you.
Sign-in codes and cloud-save conflicts
Open Settings → Save across devices and check that the email address is correct. Check spam or junk folders if a sign-in code is missing, allow time for delivery, and use the latest code you requested. Never send the code to support. Casual offline play remains available without signing in.
If local and cloud progress differ, review both summaries before choosing which progress to keep. Do not reinstall to resolve a conflict. Check the sync status and retry when a connection or save fails. Signing out does not delete local progress or the cloud backup, and email cloud saves do not include hint balances or purchases.
Account deletion and privacy help
Delete an email account and its current and previous cloud saves from Settings → Save across devices → Delete email account and cloud backup. Delete the separate guest profile, online results, invitations and usage records from Challenges → Daily challenge → Delete my online guest profile. Follow any retry or local-cleanup message. These controls do not erase every device cache, other people's copies or purchase-provider records, and neither cancels subscriptions.
Under Settings → Privacy and history, you can clear ended-attempt history or disable and delete the optional, device-only Journey history. That option does not disable purchase/paywall processing or online counters. For access, correction, deletion, a copy of your data or other privacy help, email support with the subject Privacy request and the affected feature or account. See Privacy Policy and Privacy choices for the full details.
Report a problem or inappropriate content
Advertising is disabled in this release. If you see an unexpected advertisement, inappropriate invitation content or another safety issue, email support with the app version, approximate time and a description. Include a challenge code only if relevant, and avoid forwarding sensitive material. Do not interact with suspicious content to gather evidence.
